A clear starting point
Every home and project is different. These prices establish the starting point; a Written Estimate confirms scope, team, timing and exclusions before work begins.
A one-to-one 30-minute phone or video conversation to clarify the goal and determine the appropriate next step.
A prepaid 60–75 minute evaluation. The $195 is credited once toward an eligible signed Harmony Focus Project or larger qualifying project reserved within 14 calendar days; it is not a refund or a credit for organizing supplies, travel, optional add-on services or Continuity Plans.
A two-organizer team for one four-hour minimum session. The minimum is not prorated if the authorized work finishes early.
Fixed package prices support clear planning around the defined outcome, scope and deliverables. Final scope is always confirmed in writing.
One defined space or two directly related spaces, completed in up to two scheduled sessions.
A large space or several related areas, completed in up to four scheduled sessions.
Multiple coordinated zones, completed in up to six sessions. A Private In-Home Assessment is required.
Residence-wide work requires a Private In-Home Assessment and is not eligible for an automatic planning range.
Organizing supplies, materials, third-party specialist services, parking, tolls and extraordinary travel are separate. Privacy and confidentiality are included in every service.
Priority, urgent and after-hours requests are subject to availability and may carry a disclosed surcharge.

Meet Elizabeth Estima
Born in Mount Vernon, New York, Elizabeth Estima brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience helping discerning households create homes that feel calmer, more functional and easier to maintain.
After years of working quietly through personal referrals, Elizabeth founded Es Harmony at the encouragement of clients who valued not only the space she recovered, but the greater sense of comfort and harmony her work brought to their homes.
Es Harmony is a newly established independent company, but Elizabeth’s experience is not. The website does not attribute earlier projects, testimonials or before-and-after photographs to the new brand without separate client authorization. This decision also reflects a longstanding commitment to privacy and confidentiality.
Elizabeth leads Es Harmony’s professional organizing work personally, methodically and without judgment, respecting each household’s routines, belongings and confidential information. Intake and coordination may be supported by Margarida Ferreira or another expressly authorized team member when needed.
A clear process
No judgment, no pressure and no one-size-fits-all solution. Decisions are made with the client, at a pace appropriate for the home.
We identify the real friction, priorities and privacy boundaries before moving anything.
The project is divided into practical zones, decisions and a realistic sequence.
Items are edited and arranged with the client’s authorization and daily life in mind.
Simple routines and labels help the household preserve the result after the project.

A functional reset can place frequently used items where they are naturally needed, define clear categories and reduce repeated searching.
Discuss this with Es Harmony →The issue may be an unsustainable organization system rather than a lack of effort. We focus on simple return points, realistic use of available space and routines the household can repeat.
Discuss this with Es Harmony →Privacy boundaries are discussed before the project. Photos are optional, personal details are minimized and nothing is used publicly without separate written client authorization.
Discuss this with Es Harmony →A structured plan can separate urgent decisions from later ones, protect meaningful belongings and keep essential items accessible during the transition.
Discuss this with Es Harmony →A one-to-one travel-organization plan can simplify wardrobe choices, trip categories, luggage zones and return routines without recording unnecessary itinerary details.
Discuss this with Es Harmony →Attic work begins with access and safety classification. Finished, constrained and unsafe spaces follow different routes; Es Harmony stops when conditions require a qualified specialist.
Discuss this with Es Harmony →Residence-specific opening, closing, essential-item and replenishment organization systems can reduce duplicate purchases and repeated arrival friction.
Discuss this with Es Harmony →Authorized household manuals, zone guidelines and handoff checklists can preserve routines without turning Es Harmony into an employer, recruiter or security administrator.
Discuss this with Es Harmony →Certain specialized organization projects may be considered after a feasibility review. Acceptance depends on confirmed scope, authority, access, handling requirements, documented insurance requirements and any third-party specialist involvement. Es Harmony does not provide insurance advice.

Sensitive details are minimized. Do not send documents, account information, access codes or unnecessary identifiers.
Belongings are handled with care. Decisions remain with the client; personal items are not judged or disclosed.

Common questions
No major preparation is required. Identify the space creating the most friction and the result you would like. Photos are optional.
The one-to-one 30-minute phone or video conversation is used to understand the space, desired result, timing and appropriate next step. It is not an organizing session and does not require photographs or sensitive household information.
No. It provides a preliminary planning range calculated on your device. A Written Estimate depends on confirmed scope, service format, timing, travel and any separately approved services, organizing supplies or third-party specialist services.
The approved standard service area is Bronxville, Scarsdale, Rye, Pelham Manor, Larchmont, Armonk and Bedford. Ordinary travel is included; parking and tolls, when applicable, are separate. Other Westchester communities require prior team-availability and travel confirmation.
No. Es Harmony guides the process, but decisions about personal belongings remain with the client.
Yes. Scope and sequencing can be adjusted to the size of the space, priorities and the household’s availability.
The service is scoped by the project’s size, complexity, service format, team requirements and approved deliverables. Public ranges are planning references; an hourly figure alone does not determine the project fee.
Not automatically. Organizing supplies, materials, shopping, installation and third-party specialist services are discussed and approved separately before any commitment is made.
A priority request means an expedited timing request. Priority, urgent and after-hours requests depend on team availability and may carry a surcharge disclosed before approval. The Project Range Estimator routes these requests to a one-to-one conversation instead of calculating them automatically.
The regular hands-on service format uses a two-organizer team. Projects that may require three or more organizers, accelerated coordination or an unusual sequence receive a Private In-Home Assessment.
Only with separate, express authorization. Service does not depend on granting permission to publish images.
Only authentic reviews or photographs supported by separate, express client authorization will be published. Es Harmony does not attribute Elizabeth’s earlier work to the new brand without permission, and service never depends on agreeing to publicity.
Do not send account numbers, access codes, identification documents, medical or financial records, keys, security details or unnecessary images. Share only the city, general space type and desired result unless Elizabeth or an Authorized Coordinator explains why more information is necessary.
No. Cleaning, construction, installation and heavy disposal are outside Es Harmony’s organizing scope. If appropriate, a third-party specialist service may be coordinated under a separate scope and approval.
Possibly. Other Westchester locations and projects outside the county are subject to availability, route review and prior confirmation of travel, parking, tolls or lodging when applicable.
Book the complimentary Discovery Call or discuss your project on WhatsApp. Share your city, the general service category and the result you want; photographs and sensitive information are not required.
Margarida Ferreira or another expressly authorized Es Harmony team member may assist as an Authorized Coordinator with intake, approved information, scheduling and follow-up. Authority is limited to written delegation; project scope, project fees, exceptions and final commitments require written confirmation from Es Harmony.
Es Harmony specializes in discreet, high-touch home organization and household continuity for privacy-conscious households. Travel preparation, second residences and selected specialized organization projects may be supported when they remain connected to that organizing purpose.
